We understand that our services are extremely unique and that you may have questions about how they work and how they can help you. We hope the following questions and answers will help out.
What is "biophysics"?
Just as the field of biochemistry studies the relationship between biology and chemistry, the field of biophysics studies the relationship between biology and physics. This can include aspects of physics related to the structure of our skeleton, the motion of walking, etc.
Our specialty, however, is applying knowledge of quantum physics to biology -- we use equipment that specifically analyzes and corrects a client's quantum field (we call this the biofield). In doing so, our clinical experience tells us that the body can then correct itself and return to a state of health.

What is the biofield?
Every chemical interaction in the universe involves the movement of quantum elements, and thus everything generates a quantum field. In humans, we call this a biofield. In our theory of biophysics, this biofield is involved with information transfer throughout the body (one aspect of which is known as the meridian system in traditional Chinese medicine, but we work with more than just this system). So we believe that the biofield is critical to accurate function of the biochemical body. This is why we analyze and correct this field, allowing the biochemical body to then correct itself and come back into a state of health.

How are you different from conventional health practices?
We're unlike conventional health practices because our focus is on the biofield, which is explained above. In our quantum healing work, we do not work with the biochemical body. Of course we do recognize the needs of the biochemical body, but not of manipulating it with pharmaceutical drugs. Instead, we recommend nutritional supplements to support the client's body in its own, natural recovery efforts.
We are not licensed doctors and we do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any biochemical disease, nor do we prescribe any pharmaceutical drugs.

How are you different from other holistic health practices?
First of all, we're the same as other holistic health practices in the sense that we try to consider all aspects of a client's health when helping someone get well. This is the real meaning of holistic.
We're different than many for a few reasons:
1) Many holistic practitioners focus first on detoxing the body. We believe in optimizing proper function of the body first. In this way, the body is then better able to detox in its own way, and it's in a healthier state for handling the experience of detoxing. We also don't believe in hurrying the process and in putting up with severe reactions. We think detox of chronic toxicity should be relatively gentle.
2) We're not open to just any client. This is for our sake and theirs. We feel it's important to find a good match between client and practitioner, so we make sure that our clients have some level of understanding about who we are and what we do, that they understand the holistic model of working toward long-term wellness, and that they're ready to commit themselves to this path.
3) We believe we are far more careful than many holistic practices in trying to accurately and scientifically understand and explain the theories behind everything we do. We try to educate our clients so that they can better determine for themselves which of our services and others' services make the most sense for them.

Can your services help my condition?
It's important to remember that we don't work with "conditions." We don't diagnose disease, nor do we attempt to cure a condition. Because in doing so, we would be going after symptoms only.
What we do is look for underlying problems to the body operating as its designed to. We provide corrective information to the body's blueprint and the necessary nutrients for the body to carry out its own complex instructions. Then we let the body do what's supposed to -- adjust itself according to your unique makeup.
By doing this, we have seen people with a wide variety of conditions come into better health, but always in the order that the BODY deems the priority. You might be complaining of stomach problems, but if the body recognizes a priority problem with blood sugar regulation, it may take what we give it to address that issue. Remember, we don't focus on symptoms; we focus on letting your body get well.
Also, please know that we do not service emergency situations. If you are suffering from an emergency injury or ailment, or need medical diagnosis, it is imperative that you visit the hospital or see your doctor.
We also do NOT advise our clients against working with conventional medicine in the case of serious disease. We do NOT intend to replace the conventional system for those suffering from cancer or diabetes, for instance. We believe we can help in such situations, and perhaps clients will find that they no longer need the conventional system after working with us. But clients should decide this along with their medical doctors on a case-by-case basis.

Can you reduce or eliminate my need for pharmaceutical drugs or insulin?
Often, yes. In fact, it's our goal to do exactly this. We don't want people spending the rest of their lives on medication or otherwise relying constantly on health care practitioners if we can help it.
Having said that, it would be irresponsible and perhaps even dangerous for us to ever tell a client to stop taking medication, or to change their medication. We are not licensed doctors, and these types of changes should take place under a doctor's supervision.
Because we expect that our services may very well change someone's need for pharmaceuticals or insulin, we always ask clients what medications they are taking and, if they're taking something, we advise them to work with their doctors alongside us so that the doctor can monitor medication dosages.

Do you guarantee your work?
We guarantee that we'll do everything in our power to get you well. But we cannot guarantee how your body will react to our services or whether you will stick with recommended protocols that may indeed help your body to recover its health. This is also why no health practitioners in the world can guarantee the effectiveness of their work.
What we can tell you is that many people walk out of our office feeling better than when they came in. Some find that pain is completely eliminated by that time or within a few days. Those with chronic health conditions often see improvement in the first month. In fact, we estimate that well over half of our clients will see some form of change within the first month -- enough to encourage them to stick with us as they get well. After all, sticking with it in order to see the most benefits is entirely in your hands.

What should I expect in my first visit?
Before you ever come in, you'll be asked to watch some videos, then read and sign our Client Agreement -- this helps you to understand what we're all about, and has you make a personal commitment to the process.
After this, we'll need you to fill out some paperwork before your first appointment. This includes a form that gives us your health history and current health concerns as well as our disclaimer form.
In your first visit, we'll discuss the details of your health history and see if we need additional details on any point. We also welcome any questions from you. We then provide whatever service is called for that day, and make recommendations along the way: small lifestyle changes you can make that will help you over time; supplements or products you may wish to employ; additional services we think would be useful.
It's our goal at every step of the way to empower you -- to give you the tools you need (including information) to get where you want to go. We won't push anything on you, because you have to freely choose your path; we mean to facilitate, to give you the knowledge to make informed decisions about your life.

How much will it cost me to get well?
You probably already know that we'll say this depends. It depends on your condition and on how you respond to our services. Everyone is different. Our NES service (bioscan and remedies) costs $150 for the first visit and $125 per visit after that. (We recommend that this be done on a monthly basis if possible, and ask that you commit to at least 6 months for an honest assessment of your progress.) Remedies are included, but recommended supplements are additional. We try to keep supplements to a minimum, to keep things affordable.
Within 6 months, we think you'll see obvious improvement and will know whether you've reached your health goals or whether it's worthwhile to continue working with us. Keep in mind, very deep conditions could take years to resolve. But we truly believe that any condition can be resolved if we have time to work with it.
We also recommend sound therapy for those looking to a truly holistic experience, and this is just an additional $75. (Also recommended on a monthly basis.)
We also have electronic gem therapy and frequency therapy available -- ideal for certain situations, but these are not our core services.

How long will I have to rely on your services?
This really depends on your body's response to our services as well as your specific health condition. We have many people come to us just one time for painful joints or backs, because they walk out feeling immediately better. We also know that people with many health concerns will sometimes have one or two important concerns clear up in their first month after a bioscan while using Infoceuticals. In this case, they may not choose to return right away.
On the other hand, those with more serious or deeply chronic conditions should plan on working with us for 6 months for an honest assessment to be made about how well they're doing. Because while this kind of work sometimes has what seem like miraculous results, we prefer to be conservative in our estimates. If you plan on spending several months with us to really get well and your results are faster than expected, let that be a pleasant bonus on top of feeling well.
